I agree with you Dr. Kohli because I also can not imagine my life without yoga. In morning if I do not do yoga, I feel as something is missing today. It gives physical and mental relaxation. It enhances concentration power and improves blood circulation.

One important thing that I want to share is we should learn yoga from a skilled yoga teacher because he would suggest us aasans and Pranayaam that  suits our body. 

A couple of months back I was searching for Advance yoga at internet and I came across one site named 'www.yogawonders.com. There is one tantric yoga technique 'Yog Nidra'. I am practicing it since two months. It is really an amazing technique to get deep relaxation and stress relief. It is a boon for the people who are suffering from insomnia, depression and psychosomatic diseases.
